Eligibility
Kohirent has an employee referral program that allows current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. However, the preferred candidate should not be a current employee of the company. In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The employee referral program is a structured way to organize how the company requests and receives employee referrals.
Incentives Offered
If the new employee, who was hired through an employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 60 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.
Referral Procedure
If the referred candidate is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. To receive the referral bonus, the candidate must meet specific requirements and apply with the HR department by providing their name.
